1. Returns

Prescription Medication
After
you upload your prescription, one of our pharmacist’s will contact you to get
specific information regarding your order. We make sure that we only deliver
the exact brand prescribed by the doctor. If we do not have stock to fulfill
your order, we will inform you about available substitutes for your prescribed
medication (Brands). We make sure that we deliver prescription medication only
after we fully confirm the order details with you.
Therefore,
due to the sensitive nature of medication and the regulatory requirements
regarding storage of medicines, we do not accept returns once an order has been
delivered.
However,
we will accept returns if any of the below issues have taken place.

can return unopened items in the original packaging within 3 days of your
purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 3 days or more have passed since

return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and

Grocery Items

2. Exchanges

only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where

3. Exceptions
Some
items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: surgical
items & devices, baby care products, injections, beauty care
products. We reserve the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for
certain products not mentioned above.
Refunds
do not include any delivery and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or
invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do
not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of
