Forquick effective relief, use as follows:
A small amount of cream should bemassaged in to the skin until almost dry. Keep rudding with more cream for about 10 minutes
to allow the active ingredients to oenetrate deep in tothe skin. The area should preferably by covered with a piece of warm
dry cloth.
Do not use on the face. Do not apply over cut or sore areas.
Apply 3-4 times daily.
